Rhubarb Lemonade
A refreshing chilled rhubarb-lemon drink, perfect for hot days.

Ingredients
- 2 cups chopped rhubarb
- 1 cup white sugar
- 1 tbsp lemonade powder (or the juice of 2 lemons)
- 8 cups water
Steps
- 1Simmer the rhubarb and sugar in 2 cups of water for 10 minutes, until tender.
- 2Strain through a sieve.
- 3Stir in the lemon juice or powder to make a syrup.
- 4Cool, then mix with 6 cups of cold water and serve over ice.
