Ingredients

  • 2 cups milk (any kind)
  • 1/3 cup chia seeds
  • 1–2 tbsp maple syrup
  • Blackcurrant crush for topping (blackcurrants processed with a little water to a chunky puree)

Steps

  1. 1Stir the milk, chia seeds, and maple syrup together.
  2. 2Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours, or overnight.
  3. 3Add more milk if it sets up too thick.
  4. 4Spoon into a dish and top with blackcurrant crush.
