Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp dried black currants per cup
  • Boiling water
  • Sweetener of choice (stevia, maple syrup, honey, or sugar)

Steps

  1. 1Measure the dried black currants into a teapot.
  2. 2Pour boiling water over top and steep 10 minutes.
  3. 3Strain and serve, sweetening to taste.
  4. 4Optionally add dried black currant leaves to the pot as well.
